Hostel Committee

OBJECTIVES

  • Hostel and mess committee is responsible for the smooth functioning of the hostel and mess facilities at sankara campus
  • Facilitate the addressing of issues that the students have and communicate the same to the concerned authorities.
  • Maintain with a view of creating an ambience and atmosphere that is conducive for the students to concentrate on studies.

Functions

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keeps a check on the daily issues regarding the hostel infrastructure, housekeeping issues and mess facilities.
  • Ensure enriching stay at the campus
  • To create overall disciplined environment in the hostel.
  • To encourage sports, cultural and other activities in the hostel so as to promote inter-student cooperation
  • To provide good healthy and hygienic food.
  • To ensure leave record of the student has been maintained.
