To Organize Professional development programs for all teaching staff.
To enrich technical knowledge through NPTEL/SWAYAM online courses.
To motivate faculty members to participate in Faculty development / Training activities
conducted by other organisations.
To motivate the staff, to Organize / Conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDP) and
Short Term Training Programs (STTP) at department levels.
To Organize Skill development programs for Non-Teaching staff.
To Organize Instructional skill workshop for newly recruited staff to create awareness
on college policies, Recruitment and Promotion policies.
